Godfather's Pizza, Inc. requires that all of its franchisees complete a
comprehensive training course designed specifically for the franchise
opportunity they have selected.

Training for a Traditional Godfather's Pizza Restaurant or a Non-traditional Delivery-Carryout Unit: To open a traditional restaurant or a delivery/carryout unit, franchisees must complete a multi-week training program. The training program consists of two weeks at our state-of-the-art training facility in Omaha, Nebraska and about one week at your own facility. From making dough from scratch to managing labor and food costs, trainees learn the key elements of running a Godfather's Pizza restaurant during these weeks.

Training for the Freezer-to-Oven Program: Due to the simplicity of this program, training takes place at the franchisee's facility over a two-day period. Franchisees are informed about the proper way to handle this product and how to successfully drive this portion of their business.

Training for the Made-to-Order Frozen Golden Program and Made-to-Order Par Baked Crust Program: Training for this specific program involves approximately one week at our state-of-the art training facility in Omaha, Nebraska and a few days at the franchisee's facility. During this time, franchisees learn everything they need to know about the Made-to-Order Programs in order to successfully implement it into their business.

Setting you up to succeed
As part of our training program, each new franchisee receives a "New Store Opening" kit. This kit provides you with the proper forms, materials, posters, and tools to open for business.

Right by your side
Part of the reason a portion of the training is scheduled at the franchisee's facility is simply because we want to be there to help you and your staff when you open your doors for the first time.

A member of our Franchise Operations Team will assist in training your staff and stay through opening day. Just knowing we are there to help during this time, often eases opening day jitters and ensures a smooth opening.
